Who we are: Kandala Tech Solutions LLP ("KaaryaConnect", "we", "us", "our").
1) Scope
Applies to providers creating or managing profiles during onboarding/listing only (no live bookings or payouts yet). We do not collect Aadhaar. PAN is optional (recommended to speed verification).
2) Information We Collect (directly from you)
- Identity & contact: name, email, phone, profile photo.
- Professional details: designation (Individual/Temple/Business), services offered, experience, languages, sampradayam, awards, references, media/portfolio links.
- Location: city, travel radius; optional address fields for business/temple.
- KYC (optional at this stage): PAN; other government IDs only if you choose to upload them.
- Payments setup (pre-validation only): bank account name/number, IFSC, UPI ID (no settlements until go-live).
- Device/usage: app events, crash logs, basic analytics, cookies (see Section 8).
- Support interactions: messages, attachments, ticket metadata.
We do not collect Aadhaar or biometrics. Do not upload these.
3) How We Use Your Information
- Account & profile: create/manage your provider profile and catalog.
- Verification & safety: optional PAN review, fraud checks, abuse prevention.
- Product operations: improve onboarding flows, debug issues, and measure quality.
- Communications: OTP, verification updates, policy changes, feature notices; optional marketing you can opt out of.
- Pre-launch prep: readiness for payments/ratings/reviews (when enabled later).
4) Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
We share only as needed with:
- Service providers/processors: hosting, analytics, email/SMS/WhatsApp, ticketing, file storage, KYC screening (if you opt in).
- Compliance/legal: if required by law, regulation, or to protect rights/safety.
If data is processed outside India, we ensure protections via contracts and reasonable safeguards.
5) Data Security
Encryption in transit; restricted access on a need-to-know basis; audit logging on sensitive actions. You're responsible for keeping OTP/PIN confidential on your device.
6) Retention & Deletion
- Account & profile data: retained while your account is active.
- Inactive accounts: may be deleted or anonymized after 24 months of inactivity (subject to legal holds).
- Support tickets & logs: typically 12–24 months.
You can request deletion; we'll remove what we're not legally required to keep.
7) Your Choices & Rights
- Access/Update: view or edit profile details in the dashboard.
- Delete: request account/data deletion via support.
- Opt-out marketing: unsubscribe links or toggle in settings.
- Consent withdrawal: where processing relies on your consent (e.g., optional PAN), you may withdraw it anytime.
8) Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies (login/session, fraud protection) and limited analytics (performance, crash reports). Browser settings may block non-essential cookies; core features may require essentials to function.
9) Third-Party Links
External sites (e.g., portfolio/video hosts) are outside our control; review their privacy practices separately.
10) Children's Privacy
For 18+ providers only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. We'll post the latest version here and, for material changes, notify you in-app or via email.

1) Acceptance & Scope
By creating a provider account or uploading information, you accept these Terms.
Current phase: onboarding and publishing provider profiles/catalogs only.
Not active yet: no customer bookings, payments, or payouts.
Additional Marketplace & Payments Terms will be issued before bookings go live.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
Age & capacity: 18+ and legally able to provide listed services.
Account type: Individual, Temple, or Business (correct designation mandatory).
Security: keep phone-OTP and 4-digit PIN confidential; you're responsible for all activity.
One entity, one account (unless otherwise approved).
3) Data Protection & Communications (consent at sign-up)
We process your data to create/manage your profile, verify identity, prevent fraud, and prepare for go-live.
You consent to transactional communications (OTP, verification, policy/product updates).
You can opt out of non-transactional marketing any time.
A full Privacy Notice will be published; until then, we apply industry-standard safeguards and minimal-data principles.
4) Identity & Verification (KYC readiness)
We may request and securely verify: Aadhaar, PAN, GST (if applicable), education/training, awards, references, portfolio.
Bank/UPI linking: optional pre-validation only; no settlements until go-live and separate Payments Terms are accepted.
Truthfulness: false or misleading KYC/credentials may result in suspension or removal.
5) Service Listings & Catalog Standards
List only services you are qualified and equipped to deliver (e.g., Purohit, Astrology, Pravachanam, Bhajantri, Food & Catering, Puja Samagri, Decorations, Photo/Video, Temple Events).
Your listing must include:
- Clear service names and inclusions/exclusions.
- Languages served, experience, sampradayam (where relevant).
- Regions/cities, travel radius, group size/assistants.
- E-service availability (yes/no) and media links.
Category specifics:
Food & Catering: popular cuisines; standard feast menus; on-site cooking capability; serviceware/logistics add-ons; jaggery/prasadam standards; allergen notes where known.
Puja Samagri suppliers: photos of each kit, standard quantities, price cards.
Accuracy rule: photos, videos, and claims must reflect your actual work. Stock/AI images must be clearly labeled.
6) Pricing, Discounts & "No Booking" Notice
Configure base prices, duration tiers (1h/2h/All-day), regional packs, add-ons.
Introductory discounts (e.g., 10%) are allowed.
Display-only during onboarding: no transactions, charges, or settlements yet.
Commission/fees/refunds/disputes will be governed by terms issued before bookings and payments are enabled.
7) Geographic Coverage & Travel
Specify cities served and maximum travel radius; disclose travel charges and team size if relevant.
For large/temple events, list facilities/equipment you can bring or require (audio, generator, seating).
8) Professional Conduct & Community Rules
Be respectful; no harassment, hate, obscenity, or unlawful content.
Religious/spiritual services: do not guarantee spiritual outcomes; present guidance responsibly.
Food safety: state allergens where known; follow applicable hygiene norms.
Off-platform steering: using KaaryaConnect leads to bypass the platform post go-live may lead to penalties/delisting.
9) Content License & Brand Use
Ownership: you retain rights to your photos, videos, text, menus, and documents.
License to KaaryaConnect: non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your listing and brand on our platform and marketing to help you acquire customers.
10) Reviews, Ratings & Portfolio (pre-launch)
During onboarding, portfolio and references establish credibility.
After go-live, Ratings & Reviews Policy will govern public feedback/moderation; you must accept it before activation.
11) Taxes & Legal Compliance
You are responsible for tax registration, invoicing, and taxes related to your services once bookings begin.
Comply with applicable laws (event permissions, noise, gatherings, food safety, etc.).
12) Suspension, Editing & Removal
We may edit, withhold, or remove listings that are inaccurate, unsafe, infringe IP, or violate community rules.
We may suspend access for suspected fraud, misrepresentation, legal risk, or policy violations.
13) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms during onboarding; material updates will be communicated in-app/email.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14) Governing Law & Venue
Governed by Indian law.
Exclusive jurisdiction: courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

16) Pre-Launch Disclosures (effective at go-live)
16.1 Payment Terms
Processing: all payments will be processed securely through our platform via approved payment partners.
Payouts: providers will receive payouts per the forthcoming Payments Terms (e.g., T+N settlement, holds for disputes/chargebacks, completed KYC).
Important: until go-live, dashboard Pricing/Discounts are catalog-only; no charges or settlements occur.
16.2 Cancellation Policy
Provider-specific policy: you must publish clear cancellation/rescheduling/no-show/force-majeure terms in each listing.
Platform default: if no policy is published at go-live, a KaaryaConnect default policy will apply (shared for acceptance of pre-activation).
Pre-launch: any policy text shown during onboarding is informational; it becomes binding only when bookings are enabled.
16.3 Limitation of Liability
Onboarding: KaaryaConnect currently collects and displays provider information only. We do not employ providers and do not guarantee capabilities or outcomes.
Post go-live: KaaryaConnect will act as a marketplace connector between users and independent providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcomes of third-party services.
Cap: to the maximum extent permitted by law, KaaryaConnect's total liability relating to a booking will be limited to the platform fees received by KaaryaConnect for that booking, subject to final Marketplace Terms at launch.
17) Provider Attestations (single checkbox block at "Finish")
- I confirm all profile details, certifications, menus/kits, and media are accurate and mine to use.
- I understand this phase is onboarding only; no bookings or payouts occur.
- I will not post unlawful, hateful, or misleading content and will comply with local regulations applicable to my services.
- I consent to KaaryaConnect processing my information for verification, safety, and profile publishing.
